PRODUCT INFO & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

T-SHIRT/SWEATSHIRT SIZING?

We recommend checking the size chart located in the details section of each product description to determine which size will work best for you. All of our garments are unisex. They will have a slightly relaxed fit and run true to size. Most women order their usual size in t-shirts for a classic fit and size up 1 for a looser fit or 2-3 for an oversized fit.

HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?

All of our apparel is designed and printed in the USA using eco-friendly, water based inks and direct to garment printing technology or hand screened prints. These environmentally friendly inks are soft, breathable and may smell slightly of vinegar, but this smell will disappear after washing. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

We recommend washing inside out, using cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener and bleach which will lift the pigment from your graphic. Hang or lay flat to dry for best results. If you prefer to use a dryer, you may tumble dry on a low setting. But please be aware that drying your garment will cause the graphic and/or garment to fade gradually over time. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs fees, duty or taxes, etc. Please remember that you may see a different amount charged on your statement which will be due to your country's exchange rate.

WHICH SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All packages are shipped Standard USPS. We do not offer rush or expedited shipping as all items are made to order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Everything that we carry is handmade and each piece is made just for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. We do not ship on weekends, US holidays or holidays observed by the US Postal Service. If there are multiple items in your order, please note that items may ship separately. Wholesale orders will take up to 14 days to ship and pre-orders will take up to 4 weeks.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?

Your order will ship from one or more of our fulfillment centers located in Utah, California or New York.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Once your orders ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. If 7 business days have passed and you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. Those that created an account during checkout, may also login to their account to view the status of their order. Once you receive a tracking number, please follow it carefully. We will not assume responsibility for lost/stolen packages that show a delivered status. 

     

    ORDER CHANGES

     

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    All of our apparel is made/printed to order so that we can maintain running a sustainable, low-waste business. For this reason, we are only able to accommodate cancellation requests that are made within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please email us directly at hello@alleyandrae.com with your order number to request a cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped and/or pass the 24 hour mark, cannot be cancelled.

    CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

    We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed and begin to process. Please make sure that your shipping address and size selections are correct prior to placing your order. If you find that you've made a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

     

     

    REFUND POLICY

     

    CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges. However, if you qualify for a return, you may return the item for store credit. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you would like to receive.

    Returns

    We have a 30 day return policy (excluding wholesale and pre-orders), which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unwashed, unused and in its original condition. We will not accept returns of any kind that have been laundered or smell of body odor.

    You can start a return by clicking here. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email, as well as instructions on how/where to send your package back to us. All returns will be issued store credit. Store credit will be issued via email 3-5 days after we have received and inspected your return.

    Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

    The purchase of GIFT CARDS, SALE and HOLIDAY items are FINAL. We do NOT accept returns for any item that contains a holiday related graphic or that was purchased at a discounted/sale price. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Faulty Item Returns

    If an item is faulty (see definition below) or an error is made on our part, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, issuing store credit, or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

    *Faulty or damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present BEFORE being washed. Wrong size, color, or design. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned garments that have been laundered. 

     

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

     

    What do I do if my order was lost/stolen?

    All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your package ships, we have little to no control over shipping time and/or delivery issues. If your package shows a delivered status, we cannot assume responsibility if it has been lost or stolen. You will want to contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number for further assistance or help with filing a claim.
